Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2013, Tricia McIlwain has built a reputation in Naples’ luxury market for delivering exceptional results and peace of mind. Before calling Naples home in 2006, she grew up all over the Carolinas and Georgia, then spent nearly a decade in Manhattan as a fine wine sales rep, developing a sharp eye for quality and a refined appreciation for life’s finer things. Her background in biochemistry taught her precision and analytical thinking, while her PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designation and certification as a Feng Shui Consultant bring both technical savvy and harmonious design insight to every transaction.
